Meredythe's career has been about one question: is this marketing actually paying for itself? Across lending, payments, consumer technology and small-business software, she has worked the full chain, from recruiting partners to reconciling what they earn.

That work taught her to see a growth program from several angles at once: what partners need to start promoting, what Finance needs to reconcile, what Legal needs to protect and what leadership needs to make a sound investment decision.

She has also built products herself. As a solo founder she built and launched HireMeIQ and Scope and Scout, handling user interviews, design, build, positioning and paid ad tests. She pursued a Product Management certification through Product School.
