I'm a partner and product marketing manager with 12 years building affiliate and partner programs that bring in measurable revenue.

I started at the affiliate network CJ Affiliate, then was recruited in-house by my client, Norton AntiVirus, where I ran their affiliate program as a full-time employee — recruiting 10 new partners and shifting 60% of affiliate revenue away from two dominant search partners. At Google (Home) I worked as a Global Partner Brand Manager on contract, and at Verizon / Yahoo Small Business I was the Product & Affiliate Marketing Manager, where a buying-flow redesign I led lifted conversion 142%.
That progression taught me to see the channel from multiple perspectives. I understand what partners need to start promoting, what internal teams need to approve, what Finance needs to reconcile, what Legal and Compliance need to protect, what Product and Creative need to build, and what leadership needs to see in order to make a sound investment decision.
At HP I ran the affiliate channel on a seven-figure quarterly budget, recruited and coached partners across search, content, coupons, loyalty, and email, and grew affiliate revenue 60% over the prior year — with a 66% larger average order size. At Discover Home Loans and LendingClub I worked the other end of the funnel: controlled tests, cost-per-customer analysis, partner payout negotiation, and tracking results all the way to funded loans.
I've also built products myself. As a solo founder I built and launched HireMeIQ and Scope & Scout using Claude and Replit — doing the user interviews, design, build, positioning, and paid-ad tests on my own. That work is why I pursued a Product Management certification through Product School and why I'm comfortable using AI tools for real work, not just talking about them.
I am based in the San Francisco Bay Area and am most energized by teams that value curiosity, accountability, practical collaboration, and thoughtful growth.
